Nightwing is seeking an experienced
Senior Program / Product Manager
to lead high‑visibility, mission‑critical programs in a fast‑paced, government‑focused environment. In this role, you will own complex initiatives end‑to‑end—driving strategy, execution, and delivery while serving as the primary bridge between stakeholders, technical teams, and government partners.
Location: Annapolis Junction, Maryland
Key Job Responsibilities
Lead and direct complex, government‑funded programs and contracts, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget
Serve as the principal liaison between the Contractor and Government stakeholders
Plan, direct, and coordinate program operations, including policy formulation and daily execution
Manage resources effectively balancing personnel, materials, schedules, and priorities
Provide timely and accurate technical, managerial, and contractual deliverables to the Government
Oversee quality assurance across the program, ensuring consistent implementation of methodologies such as Agile
Ensure continuity and collaboration across cross‑functional teams
Independently perform all functional duties while guiding and mentoring less‑senior staff as needed
Maintain oversight of assigned personnel and be accountable for team performance and outcomes
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of relevant experience in program or product management (or qualifying substitution)
Current TS/SCI CI Poly clearance
Proven success managing high‑visibility or mission‑critical programs
Ability to operate independently while leading complex initiatives
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
Experience implementing and overseeing Agile methodologies
IAT Level II certification (required)
Ability to meet any additional certification requirements as specified
Active and transferable active U.S. government‑issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
