As the Property Accounting Manager, you will lead
full‑cycle property accounting , ensure accurate financial reporting, and support operational decisions for two major office assets. You will partner closely with the General Manager, leasing team, and construction managers while owning key processes including lease administration, CAM reconciliations, construction draws, capital project tracking, and cash flow reporting. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment and wants to build deep expertise in commercial office accounting. Manage all
day‑to‑day property accounting , including GL, journal entries, accruals, and monthly close Implement policies and procedures Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and variance analysis Oversee lease setup, rent schedules, and tenant billing in MRI or Yardi Lead CAM reconciliations, straight‑line rent schedules, and recovery analysis Prepare monthly construction draws and coordinate lender submissions Track tenant improvements, capital projects, leasing commissions, and amortization schedules Support annual budgets, reforecasts, cash flow projections, and operational planning Develop process improvements, checklists, and streamline workflows Partner with property management on ad‑hoc financial and operational projects Qualifications
