The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own product marketing from strategy through execution. In this role, you’ll shape Leap’s positioning and messaging, refine buyer segmentation, and create the content that tells our story. Working closely with Sales, Clinical, and Product, you’ll drive market awareness, educate buyers on why Leap is the best solution for specialty care, and help accelerate our growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve Leap’s positioning and messaging

Lead go-to-market planning and execution

Qualifications
4+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 2+ years in healthcare (digital health, benefits, payer/provider, care delivery, or health tech).
Demonstrated ability to craft and articulate compelling value propositions, with examples of enterprise messaging that drove measurable business impact.
Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and narrative across channels, audiences, and formats.
Experience translating clinical outcomes into external materials, with an understanding of PHI/HIPAA requirements and external-validation best practices.

You will serve as a bridge between our organization and the consulting community, informing product strategy, enabling growth, and ensuring our story resonates in an increasingly competitive environment.Key responsibilitiesElevate Consultant Relationships: Develop and strengthen relationships with senior leaders across top‑tier firms; ensure capabilities and differentiators are well understood through meetings, events, and collaboration with Sales.Drive Growth Through Consultant Influence: Partner with Sales on strategic accounts and selling processes to increase revenue growth and win rate with designated consulting firms.Prioritize Alphabet Houses: Focus engagement on high‑priority consultant offices and markets where influence most drives client decisions.Enable Leadership Engagement: Prepare and support leadership for strategic consultant interactions, enabling effective engagement at the highest levels.Educate the Market: Build awareness about our category and how to evaluate solutions in our space.Develop Content: in partnership with Sales, Marketing and Client Success that is specific to consultants and further tailored to each specific partner.Shape Market Strategy: Incorporate consultant insights into go‑to‑market strategies, messaging, product positioning.Enhance Retention & Expansion: Partner with Client Success to reinforce consultant support for clients, share best practices, and sustain long‑term growth.Qualifications5+ years in employer health care benefits, ideally combining health and benefits consulting with roles at health care solutions/vendors.Consultant Relationships: Established credibility and strong relationships with at top consulting and brokerage firms, with proven influence at both national and regional levels.Strategic Influence: Ability to shape consultant decision‑making with a data‑driven, consultative approach backed by real‑world experience.Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated success in consultative sales, business development, and/or market‑facing roles driving pipeline growth and revenue impact.Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex information into clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences, including consultants and internal leadership.Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally, and build trusted relationships across internal and external stakeholders.Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a high‑growth, fast‑paced, and evolving environment; organized, agile, and self‑motivated.Ability to travel nationally.
