Position Overview: This role impacts sales and productivity of regional Ralph Lauren retail stores and maintains brand image through consistent communication and creative presentation. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated leader responsible for managing the brand aesthetic and creating memorable customer shopping experiences through the execution and maintenance of rigs and interior/window displays. Manage installation of all interior/window changeovers, including production of interior sets, prop handling, placement, and rigging. Develop unique design specifications per door aligned with seasonal themes. Maintain store interior sets daily, including mannequin repositioning, re-propping, re-merchandising, and sourcing alternative products. Procure and compile creative and aesthetic elements for windows, such as wallpaper, paint, rugs, fabrics, lighting, and decorative props. Research and utilize multiple vendors for props and decorative elements. Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to manage and engage the team effectively. Coach and provide ongoing feedback to team members. Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify opportunities for aesthetic and creative improvements, including tidiness. Plan and prepare for upcoming installations or floor changes according to a creative calendar. Identify opportunities for improvement within role and responsibilities, proposing viable solutions. Manage budgets for installations, ensuring projects stay within financial limits. Maintain regular communication with store teams to align creative needs. Stay connected with the Corporate Office via the Team Site, updating directives, showrooms, advertising, product deliveries, and buys. Participate in updating the Team Site with photos and regional calendars. Monitor creative competition and share insights with management. Experience, Skills & Knowledge: Experience in visual presentation and rigging, preferably in a luxury retail environment or equivalent. Ability to manage and travel to multiple store locations. Effective 360-degree communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and as part of a team. Passion for the brand and a focus on the consumer.
