Base Pay Range : $90,000 - $110,000 per year
Description
Develop and implement credit and collection policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Manage accounts receivable and oversee timely collection of outstanding balances.
Evaluate creditworthiness of customers and establish credit limits accordingly.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing disputes and ensure client satisfaction.
Analyze and report on collection trends and provide recommendations for improvements.
Supervise and mentor the credit and collections team to achieve departmental goals.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate effective communication and payment resolution.
Profile
A strong background in accounting and finance, specifically in the food & beverage industry.
Proven ability to manage credit and collections processes effectively.
Excellent leadership skills to guide and develop a team.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
