Technical Territory Sales Manager – Manufacturing
$90K–$105K base + Commission

Your Role As the Technical Territory Manager, you will:
Provide industry‑leading training and presentations.
Build strong relationships with contractors, distributors, architects, specifiers, engineers, and design professionals.
Conduct product trainings, contractor classes, distributor sessions, and represent the brand at trade shows.
Hunt for new opportunities while nurturing existing accounts.
Travel throughout the DFW/Texas region as needed.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of sales experience in roofing, waterproofing, coatings, or building envelope products.
Experience presenting product demonstrations and training sessions.
Comfortable speaking at trade shows, lunch & learns, and contractor events.
Hunter mindset – self‑starter, proactive, excellent at building a pipeline.
Bilingual (preferred).
Ability to manage a statewide territory with confidence.
