Used Car Director
to lead and scale our pre‑owned operations in one of the fastest‑growing automotive markets in the Southeast. Since opening, we have proudly become the
#1 Jeep dealership in the state for Jeep‑branded sales , operating out of a
brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art facility
with
350+ vehicles in stock
and growing. This is a rare opportunity to step into a
high‑volume store with strong momentum, ownership support, and room to build . This role is ideal for a proven used car leader who thrives in a
fast‑paced, data‑driven environment
and wants real influence over inventory, pricing, sourcing, and team development. You will have the autonomy to build processes, scale volume, and directly impact store profitability—without corporate red tape. Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of used vehicle operations (inventory, pricing, merchandising, wholesale and performance) Drive used car sales volume, gross, and turn Manage acquisition strategy (trade‑ins, direct purchases, auctions, online buying tools) Partner with Sales, F&I, and Fixed Ops to maximize profitability and customer experience Lead, train, and hold accountable the used car sales team Utilize market data and analytics to price vehicles competitively Maintain strong compliance, recon, and merchandising standards What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Used Car Director or Used Car Manager in a high‑volume dealership Strong understanding of inventory management, turn rate, and pricing strategy Demonstrated success building and leading teams Ability to thrive in a growth‑oriented, entrepreneurial environment High integrity, strong leadership presence, and hands‑on mentality Compensation & Benefits
