As the HRIS Manager at Jack Link’s Beef Jerky, you will lead the management and optimization of our Human Resources Information System to support a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented CPG environment. You will ensure data accuracy, drive system enhancements, and support HR processes with technology solutions that fuel our iconic brand’s success. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operation, maintenance, and data integrity of the HRIS for a multi‑site CPG workforce. Create and analyze employee data, develop executive‑level HR scorecards and summaries for HR Business Partners and senior leaders. Provide data insights, trends, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Manage HRIS projects: upgrades, new module rollouts, and integrations with payroll, timekeeping, and talent management systems. Serve as the HRIS subject matter expert, providing troubleshooting, user support, and training to end‑users across all Jack Link’s locations. Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and Operations to streamline HR processes, enhance data flows, and improve system utilization. Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, process workflows, and user training materials tailored to a CPG environment. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, labor laws, and company policies regarding HR data. Lead HRIS audits, data clean‑up, and continuous improvement initiatives. Stay current with HRIS technology trends and recommend enhancements to support Jack Link’s business objectives. Perform other duties as assigned. Work Environment
The work environment is a plant/office setting with varying temperatures and noise levels. Exposure to manufacturing equipment movement and wet/slippery floors. The majority of work is conducted in a climate‑controlled office. Travel may be required. Physical Demands
Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, handle, feel, speak, and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach. Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years of experience managing HRIS systems (e.g., UKG, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle) in a manufacturing or CPG environment preferred. Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and compliance requirements in the CPG industry. Demonstrated experience leading HRIS projects, system implementations, and integrations. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in HRIS reporting and analytics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to support users at all levels, including plant and warehouse teams. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Occasional travel to Jack Link’s manufacturing plants and distribution centers may be required. Preferred Qualifications
HRIS certification (e.g., HRIP, SHRM‑SCP, PHR). Experience with HRIS integrations in a multi‑site, manufacturing or CPG company. Project management experience. Additional Information
The salary range for this role is $120,000 – $145,000 (Annually). Base pay is just one component of Jack Link’s Total Rewards package. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program‑specific awards.
