Real Estate Attorney Location: Miami, FL / Fort Lauderdale, FL (Florida)

Base pay: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

About the Firm We are a firm focused on our four core practice areas: Construction Law, Construction and Design Defect Litigation, Condominium and Homeowners Association Law, Complex Business and Commercial Litigation, and Real Estate Law. Our attorneys also provide representation in other civil practice areas including Bankruptcy, Business Law, Aviation Law, Employment Litigation, and Family Law.

Job Details

Handle commercial and residential real estate transactions from contract to closing

Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and closing documents

Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review

Advise clients on zoning, land use, and property development matters

Collaborate with clients, brokers, lenders, and other attorneys to ensure smooth transactions

Represent clients in negotiations and closings

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school

Active bar membership in Florida

5–7 years of experience in real estate law with a focus on transactional work

Strong knowledge of commercial and residential real estate practices

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
