Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for multiple Agile teams. Serve as a servant leader for the Scrum teams, removing impediments and enabling teams to focus on delivering value. Coach teams, product owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technical Leads to ensure clear understanding and prioritization of requirements. Monitor team performance metrics (velocity, burn‑down/up charts) and identify areas for improvement. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance within the team. Support cross‑functional teams in coordinating dependencies, managing risks, and resolving conflicts. Ensure adherence to compliance, governance, and financial domain standards in project delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of Scrum Master or Agile coaching experience in financial services, investment management, or asset management. Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies. Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or other Agile tools. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Proven ability to coach teams, foster collaboration, and drive process improvement. Knowledge of financial operations, portfolio management systems, or regulatory requirements is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications
Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM) or Agile coaching certifications. Prior experience with investment management clients. Strong problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Seniority level
