Job Title: PhlebotomistJob Description
We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team in a doctor's office setting. You will be responsible for drawing patients' blood and performing specimen processing. This role involves the collection and receipt of biological specimens, their proper entry into the computer system, preparation for analytical testing, and distribution to the appropriate analytical area. You will also perform specified analytical testing and adhere to the Code of Conduct.
Responsibilities
- Draw blood from patients and perform specimen processing.
- Collect and receive biological specimens into the department.
- Enter specimen details accurately into the computer system.
- Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute them to the correct area.
- Perform specified analytical testing as assigned.
- Follow the guidelines of the Code of Conduct.
Essential Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in phlebotomy and specimen processing.
- Bilingual in English and Navajo.
- Proficient in patient care and laboratory procedures.
- Proficiency in blood draw and specimen collection.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- GED or High School Diploma required.
- Experience working in a healthcare or laboratory setting.
Work Environment
This position is based inside a doctor's office, where you will draw blood from the physician's patients and work closely with Medical Assistants. Work hours are Monday through Friday with rotating shifts from 6 AM to 7 PM. The environment offers room for growth and opportunity, with a structured career ladder available for advancement.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
