Waverly is building a private credit platform focused on manufactured housing (MH) chattel loans. We are hiring a Credit Associate to work directly with the founder on originator diligence, loan tape diligence, data quality, and lender-ready reporting. This is a high-ownership role in a lean, two-person team. The founder will lead sourcing, capital markets, and senior relationships; you will run point on execution, analytics, and process.
