Human Resources Coordinator
As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our human resources team by managing administrative tasks and assisting with the implementation of HR policies and programs. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations and providing excellent service to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, facilitating new hire orientation and exit procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Administer employee benefits and assist with benefits-related inquiries.
- Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and HR projects.
- Prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department and act as a point of contact for employee questions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant labor regulations.
- Help maintain confidentiality and sensitivity when dealing with employee information.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR administration or coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
