About This Role We’re seeking a highly strategic and execution‑focused Head of Growth Marketing to lead Xe’s global growth marketing function. This key leadership role within the Growth organization is responsible for driving scalable customer acquisition and lifecycle value across B2C and B2B segments.
Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will oversee paid media, lifecycle marketing, affiliate & influencer marketing, SEO/content, and social media, and work closely with product and regional growth teams to deliver against ambitious global growth targets.
You’ll be at the center of our growth transformation, shaping strategy, building new capabilities, and driving measurable impact on revenue and customer experience. With high visibility across the organization and direct influence on executive decision‑making, you’ll play a key role in defining how we go to market, grow, and scale.
Responsibilities
Own the global growth marketing roadmap across all digital channels: paid media, lifecycle/CRM, affiliate, SEO/content, and social.
Develop full‑funnel strategies that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across web and app platforms.
Champion a test‑and‑learn culture to uncover new opportunities and optimize channel performance.
Define and track key growth metrics (e.g. CAC, LTV, ROAS, activation, churn) and provide visibility to senior leadership.
Lead global performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, display, and emerging platforms.
Manage paid media budgets and optimize channel mix for efficiency and scale.
Build and scale lifecycle programs across email, SMS, push, and in‑product messaging.
Grow the global affiliate and influencer network by sourcing high‑impact partners and community channels.
Lead global strategy for SEO, content marketing, and organic social media.
Build scalable measurement and reporting frameworks to track performance across all channels.
Partner with analytics and BI to improve attribution, funnel tracking, and ROI measurement.
Improve processes, documentation, and tooling to increase team efficiency and scalability.
Position Requirements
7+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles, ideally within fast‑paced fintech, e‑commerce, SaaS or high‑growth digital environments with global exposure.
Proven track record of driving customer and revenue growth across multiple digital channels, with experience leading cross‑functional and cross‑regional initiatives.
Deep expertise in at least 2–3 of the following areas: paid media, CRM/lifecycle, SEO, affiliate marketing, or performance creative.
Hands‑on experience with analytical tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Iterable, Amplitude, MixPanel, and affiliate platforms like Impact.
Analytical and data‑driven mindset, fluent in campaign reporting, funnel analysis, attribution modeling, and experimentation frameworks.
Strong project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills, comfortable working with analytics, product, content, compliance, and regional teams.
Team leadership experience – able to inspire, coach, and manage a small, high‑performing team while staying actively involved in day‑to‑day execution.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Working Conditions And Physical Requirements
Primarily sedentary work in a general office environment.
Manual dexterity to use computer, telephone, and peripherals.
Ability to sit for extended periods.

XE offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated pay for this role ranges from $160,000 to $185,000. Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
