About The Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team at our Lich bei Gießen location. This role focuses on the end‑to‑end recruitment of operational and logistics‑related positions, playing a vital part in supporting our expansion and operational readiness. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and the employer branding team to attract top talent in the logistics sector.
Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a relevant university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Wirtschaftspsychologie, or a comparable commercial qualification. Proven experience in recruiting—particularly in ramp‑up projects within the logistics or warehouse sectors—is essential. Familiarity with the regional labour market in logistics will be advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, organizational talent, and a structured, autonomous working style. Proficiency in German is mandatory, with a good command of English in both spoken and written form. A proactive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently are also important attributes for success in this role.

Events & Selection Procedures: Planning and executing on‑site candidate days and selection events, collaborating closely with employment agencies and partners.
Active Sourcing: Proactively reaching out to potential candidates through various channels and maintaining an up‑to‑date candidate database.
Interviews & Qualification: Conducting structured interviews to pre‑qualify candidates and ensure the best fit for open positions.
Networking & Collaboration: Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external recruitment agencies, and employer branding teams to support hiring objectives.
Process Optimization: Analyzing recruitment metrics and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience.
