About the Role:
Our clients are seeking an experienced Employment Attorney with a strong background in Wage & Hour, PAGA, and FEHA matters to join a dynamic California-based team. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility, high-level case exposure, and opportunities for professional growth. The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of employment law experience and a proven ability to manage complex cases independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a diverse caseload of employment litigation matters, including wage & hour class actions, PAGA claims, and FEHA disputes.
Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
3+ years of experience in employment law, with focus on Wage & Hour, PAGA, and FEHA.
Trial experience is a plus but not required.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $300,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
