The Position:
A top Vault ranked global law firm are currently seeking a Fund Formation Associate to join their dominant Boston office.
Role Requirements:
A minimum of two years of law firm experience.
Strong experience in private investment fund formation.
Must have experience representing sponsors and investors in private investment funds.
Completed fund formation transactions, sponsor-level transactions and secondary transactions involving limited partner and/or portfolio company interests.
Hold a relevant JD and be admitted to the Massachusetts bar.

They advise on every type of fund formation: venture capital, fund of funds, private equity, evergreen, growth equity and other managers at all stages and sizes, from individual angel funds to billion-dollar institutional funds.
