Directs the Facilities Management department and (where appropriate) the EVS department activities to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of the organization. Oversees and integrates facilities management activities for the common licensure strategy applicable to all facilities/campus of the license. Responsibilities
Evaluates and supports efficient budgets of departments and ensures compliance with department operational budgets. Supports internal and external audits. Administers and coordinates compliance with various regulatory and accrediting agencies. Administers and evaluates infrastructure planning activities to achieve efficiencies and quality. Administers department operations to align systems to achieve performance, quality, and business continuity. Develops, implements, and administers department goals, plans and standards consistent with the administrative legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization. Coordinates planning and discussions with Construction Services and Facilities Directors across the system in order to achieve "systemness" on important activities such as capital budget planning, hurricane preparation, standardization and cost savings where appropriate. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Required) Ten (10) years of experience with at least five (5) years in a leadership role. Additional education in a job related field. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
