Role Description This is a full-time hybrid position based in Irvine, CA, with opportunities for partial remote work. As the Director of E-Commerce, you will be responsible for leading the brand's e-commerce strategy, optimizing online sales channels, analyzing performance metrics, and managing e-commerce operations. Key tasks include developing and executing digital marketing initiatives, overseeing key e-commerce projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the alignment of e-commerce goals with overall business objectives. You will also analyze market trends to fuel sales growth and new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in E-Commerce, including managing online platforms and developing revenue-focused strategies.

Proven ability in Marketing and driving digital campaigns to attract and retain customers.

Solid experience in Sales and delivering measurable growth in revenue and customer engagement.

Competence in Project Management with the ability to oversee and complete initiatives on time and within budget.

Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting e-commerce metrics and market trends to make data-driven decisions.

Experience with cycling or sports retail is a plus but not required.

Outstanding leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities to manage teams and partnerships effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
