Senior Marketing Manager (Hybrid - Atlanta, GA)
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager on a contract basis to support business needs for a leading global media and entertainment company headquartered in New York, NY with offices across the United States. This role is hybrid (3 days on‑site and 2 days remote per week) in Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns for network properties and initiatives
Oversee the creation of comprehensive marketing campaigns, including promotional strategy, media placements, cross‑platform creative development, partner activation, consumer engagement, and post‑campaign recaps
Strategize and oversee the execution of media support campaigns, including media brief development, presentations, and fulfillment
Manage the trafficking of materials and fulfill internal and external requests for creative assets, copy, show descriptions, premiums, and status reports
Develop marketing collateral by selecting campaign creative, coordinating with external vendors, proofing materials, and distributing assets to key stakeholders on schedule
Collaborate cross‑functionally with brand creative, social media, digital platforms, media, operations, public relations, research, development, and programming teams to meet deliverables and deadlines
Lead agency management and day‑to‑day agency communications
Oversee and manage marketing budgets for assigned intellectual property
Lead day‑to‑day communications with internal teams, executives, partners, and vendors
Innovate and activate consumer‑facing experiences and campaign communications
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience leading integrated marketing campaigns
At least 7 years of experience organizing events, including calendar and vendor management
Minimum 7 years of experience executing media campaigns
Experience in television marketing preferred
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Familiarity with Photoshop and graphic design tools preferred
Marketing agency experience preferred
Experience organizing premier or high‑profile events preferred
Experience working with celebrity talent preferred
Exceptional project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting timelines and complex execution requirements
Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and high level of professionalism
Strong social media knowledge with an interest in entertainment, marketing, and cultural trends
Creative problem‑solving skills with the ability to develop insights‑driven perspectives
Strong copywriting skills with experience creating and presenting proposals
