About the Role

This position supports the development and execution of multi-faceted marketing campaigns for entertainment network properties and initiatives. The role is highly collaborative and involves working across teams to deliver integrated campaigns from strategy through execution and post-campaign analysis. Responsibilities include collaborating on promotional strategy, guiding media placements, managing and supporting the development of cross-platform creative, building campaign partnerships, leading day-to-day communication with multiple stakeholders, activating consumer experiences, and recapping campaign performance. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns, including promotional strategy, media planning guidance, cross-platform creative development, campaign partnerships, and post-campaign recaps. Strategize and oversee media support campaigns, including development of media briefs, presentations, and fulfillment. Traffic materials and fulfill internal and external requests for creative assets, copy, show descriptions, premiums, and status reports. Develop marketing collateral by selecting campaign creative, coordinating with external vendors, proofing materials, and distributing assets to key stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with brand creative, social media, digital platforms, media, operations, public relations, research, development, and programming teams to meet deliverables and deadlines. Lead agency management and ongoing communication. Oversee and manage marketing budgets for assigned intellectual properties. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. 7–10 years of experience in consumer marketing; agency experience is a plus. Exceptional project management, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects with shifting timelines and high attention to detail. Strong collaboration skills, positive attitude, and high level of professionalism. Social media savvy with a passion for entertainment, marketing, and cultural trends. Creative problem solver with the ability to develop insights, form a point of view, and provide thought leadership. Strong copywriting skills with experience creating and presenting proposals. Experience in television or entertainment marketing is a plus. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required; Photoshop and graphic design experience is a plus. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed. Seniority level
