Responsibilities:
Administer day‑to‑day Salesforce configuration (user and security management, data integrity, releases, sandbox management).
Drive adoption of current and new Salesforce features by providing training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Translate business requirements into scalable declarative solutions and coordinate with developers for code‑based changes when necessary.
Create process automation using Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, & Flow Orchestrator.
Manage declarative integrations and coordinate API‑based connections with integration and development teams.
Lead configuration and deployment activities including change sets, CI pipelines, release planning, and rollback strategies.
Maintain data quality with deduplication, cleansing, data loads, backups, and reporting accuracy.
Document system processes, create training materials, and conduct end‑user training and support.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root‑cause analysis and preventive improvements.
Contribute to roadmap planning and recommend platform enhancements aligned with business goals.
Mentor junior administrators and serve as escalation point for complex Salesforce issues.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
5+ years administering Salesforce in a medium‑to‑large enterprise environment with a strong focus on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Valid Salesforce Administrator certification.
Experience with Flows, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Record Types, Profiles/Permission Sets, Reporting/Dashboards.
Experience with data management tools and best practices for data quality.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Salesforce certifications (Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
Experience with CPQ, Pardot/Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Einstein Analytics, MuleSoft.
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP/legacy systems, middleware, or custom APIs.
Familiarity with regulated or aerospace/defense compliance/security policies.
Experience leading change management and user adoption programs at scale.
Experience with sandbox release management and CI/CD for Salesforce.

Summary Pay Range:
$115,600 – $156,400.
