Job Summary
Corewell Health Lakeland Hospitals Neurosurgery, St. Joseph is seeking a passionate and skilled Neurosurgeon to join our dedicated team in southwest Michigan.
Full‑time, hospital‑employed position with an excellent compensation plan.
Responsibilities
Provide general neurosurgery care with an approximate 75% spine and 25% brain split.
Participate in flexible clinic and operating room schedules, balanced roughly evenly.
Collaborate with advanced practitioners, residents, medical students, and other members of the surgical team.
Utilize advanced technology such as the da Vinci Xi robotic system and O‑arm imaging systems.
Qualifications
Board certified or board eligible in neurosurgery.
Experience in general neurosurgery with spine and brain focus.
Ability to work flexible hours and on‑call weekends.
Work Setting Corewell Health Lakeland Hospital, St. Joseph is a Level III Trauma Center with 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist programs, neurohospitalist and neurointerventional services. Epic EHR is used.
