Camptown Development Director You’re a relationship-builder, a storyteller, and a strategist — ready to turn strong fundraising momentum into lasting impact. As Camptown’s next Development Director, you’ll lead a growing team that’s fueling a movement: helping youth discover confidence, leadership, and wonder in the great outdoors. Reporting to the Executive Director, you’ll guide the fundraising and marketing strategy that powers our mission — from individual giving and events to grants, corporate partnerships, and communications.

You’ll build on a strong foundation and a community that believes deeply in what we do. With support from a Development Manager, engaged volunteers, and an energized board, you’ll have the resources and relationships you need to take our fundraising to new heights.

About You

You’re a connector — you love cultivating relationships and inspiring generosity.

You’re both strategic and hands‑on — equally comfortable crafting a development plan or making a donor ask.

You see potential everywhere — in new partnerships, creative campaigns, and opportunities to tell our story.

You believe in the power of building community in the outdoors to change lives, and you want your work to mean something.

You thrive in a collaborative, mission‑driven team that balances excellence with laughter (and the occasional canoe paddle).
