About Our Client
They are a global manufacturing client. This position will support one of their plants. This role will be 5 days onsite.
Job Description
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including managing employee records and documentation. Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials and ensuring a smooth transition. Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and escalating concerns when necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws. Help organize employee engagement activities and initiatives. Prepare reports and assist with data analysis for HR-related metrics. Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and procedures.

The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Coordinator should have: a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices. Ability to go 5 days onsite. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
