HR Coordinator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our client's team. This role focuses on supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new drivers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from application to first day on the job. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing and screening qualified driver candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and send offer letters and employment documentation.
- Manage pre-employment requirements (background checks, drug testing, etc.).
- Organize and facilitate onboarding sessions for new drivers.
- Maintain accurate records in HR systems and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide support to the HR team on other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or a related field (transportation industry experience a plus).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
