HR Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our client's team. This role focuses on supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new drivers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from application to first day on the job. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with sourcing and screening qualified driver candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare and send offer letters and employment documentation.
  • Manage pre-employment requirements (background checks, drug testing, etc.).
  • Organize and facilitate onboarding sessions for new drivers.
  • Maintain accurate records in HR systems and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide support to the HR team on other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or a related field (transportation industry experience a plus).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
