HR Coordinator

LHH is looking for a Human Resources Assistant for a client of ours, a Non Profit right here in NYC. This position will be supporting an HR Team with a variety of tasks and responsibilities including running reports in ADP. This will be a temporary, in-office position and compensate between $22-28/hr, contingent on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Enter employee changes in their HRIS system; ADP
  • Answer employee e-mail inbox
  • Schedule interviews
  • On-boarding new hires
  • Coordinate with finance on all employee verification documents
  • Organize new hire orientation

To be considered for this client you should have...

  • Previous experience running queries in ADP
  • Must be very proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
