Bilingual Senior HR Generalist

Our client in Garland, TX is seeking a Bilingual Senior HR Generalist for an in-office direct hire position.

Bilingual Senior HR Generalist Role:

• Partner with employees and managers to communicate and enforce HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate with the HR team on ADP HR modules implementation and automation of manual processes.
• Lead recruitment and interviewing efforts for various positions, manage post-hire processes.
• Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Handle unemployment claims and assist with benefits administration.
• Support employee relations, facilitate training programs, and new hire orientation.
• Assist in employee recognition programs and other HR initiatives.
• Support VP of HR on strategic projects and initiatives.

Bilingual Senior HR Generalist Background Profile:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• Bachelors degree in HR or SHRM certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience with focus on recruiting and HR technology.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive, self-starter with critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS utilization.
• Adaptable, proactive, team-oriented professional.
