Tyler's Landscaping is hiring: Snowplow Driver and Equipment Operator in Rockfor

We are seeking a reliable Snow Plow Driver to clear snow and ice from roads, driveways, and parking lots during winter weather events. The ideal candidate will operate snow removal equipment safely and efficiently to maintain clear and safe surfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Operate snow plow trucks and related equipment to remove snow and apply salt/sand.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment.
• Follow designated routes and schedules during snow events.
• Maintain communication with dispatch or supervisor during operations.
• Ensure safe operation in all weather conditions.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (CDL preferred, but not required for some routes).
• Previous snow plowing or heavy equipment experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

We are expecting between 10 and 20 hours a week for work, paying $28 - $35 an hour based on experience.
