Triple AAA Snowplowing LLC
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Snowplow Operator/Day Laborer. In this role, you will be responsible for clearing snow and ice from various locations, ensuring safe and accessible pathways during winter weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Operate snowplows and other snow removal equipment safely and efficiently.
Clear snow and ice from parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, and other designated areas.
Apply de-icing materials, such as salt or sand, as necessary.
Follow assigned routes and complete tasks within set timeframes.
Inspect equipment before and after use, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
Monitor weather conditions and adjust work plans accordingly.
Adhere to safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends, as required by weather conditions.
Previous experience in snow removal or operating heavy machinery is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Must have a valid driver's license.
