Job Description:
Role Summary
As an Onsite Delivery Manager, you will own end-to-end service delivery governance under Infra Project Management you will lead transition to steady state orchestrate cross tower dependencies and maintain financial hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and chair weekly monthly governance with client present service KPIs and improvement actions.
- Lead transition and stabilization finalize Day1 readiness plan and staffing mix bench external.
- Own SLAOLA achievement across towers intervene on chronic incidents and systemic problems.
- Enable ITSM hygiene backlog management aging control and audit readiness.
- Forecast and control effort productivity and RU track savings from automation and shift left.
- Adhere to ITIL processes Incident Request Change Problem and CIS governance.
- Maintain documentation quality runbooks SOPs KEDB and diagrams.
- Drive automation and reporting promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Tools Platforms Required:
- ServiceNow ITSMITOM client equivalent acceptable.
- MS Project Excel governance client equivalent acceptable.
