Job Description:

Role Summary

As an Onsite Delivery Manager, you will own end-to-end service delivery governance under Infra Project Management you will lead transition to steady state orchestrate cross tower dependencies and maintain financial hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and chair weekly monthly governance with client present service KPIs and improvement actions.
• Lead transition and stabilization finalize Day1 readiness plan and staffing mix bench external.
• Own SLAOLA achievement across towers intervene on chronic incidents and systemic problems.
• Enable ITSM hygiene backlog management aging control and audit readiness.
• Forecast and control effort productivity and RU track savings from automation and shift left.
• Adhere to ITIL processes Incident Request Change Problem and CIS governance.
• Maintain documentation quality runbooks SOPs KEDB and diagrams.
• Drive automation and reporting promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Tools Platforms Required:

• ServiceNow ITSMITOM client equivalent acceptable.
• MS Project Excel governance client equivalent acceptable.
