Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team in a fully on-site capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendars, providing comprehensive administrative support, and ensuring efficient daily operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen incoming communications, prioritize correspondence, and draft responses on behalf of executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for meetings.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences, including onsite arrangements.
- Support expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking as needed.
- Liaise professionally with internal staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and office supply inventory.
- Proactively anticipate executive needs and provide solutions to optimize workflows.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leaders.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
- Ability to work effectively and reliably in a fully on-site environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered.
