As a Mobile Associate, you'll be a vital part of our Retail Team, responsible for energizing the T-Mobile brand in high-traffic retail environments. Your role involves engaging directly with customers, capturing their enthusiasm for our innovative products and services. You will thrive in a dynamic atmosphere where technology and customer service are always evolving. Key Responsibilities: Engage proactively with customers in a bustling retail setting. Utilize digital tools to communicate effectively and showcase T-Mobile's offerings. Identify customer needs and employ solution-based selling techniques to convey the value of our products. Educate customers on utilizing self-service tools and the T-Mobile app. Complete comprehensive training on the in-store experience and stay updated on promotions and product knowledge. Assist in onboarding customers and collaborating with other store locations to enhance the customer journey. Build rapport with customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction to exceed expectations. Proactively reach out to potential customers and follow up to foster lasting relationships. Perform operational tasks such as store procedures, maintaining kiosk security, and managing inventory. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required. Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service or sales, preferably in retail. Passionate about customer satisfaction and willing to bring your authentic self to interactions. A competitive spirit with the drive to excel in a fast-paced sales environment. Additional Information: All employees at T-Mobile receive a guaranteed hourly wage of $20, including base pay and incentives. Mobile Associates are eligible for a training pay of $5.00 per hour and can transition to a Mobile Expert role within 90 days.
