Job Summary
Aaratech Inc. is seeking a highly analytical and detail‑driven Data Analyst – AI & Automation to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will analyze operational data to support automation initiatives and intelligent decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, clean, and organize operational and system data.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of datasets.
- Analyze datasets to identify automation opportunities and performance trends.
- Support forecasting and operational insights.
- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Track automation and performance metrics.
- Work with business, IT, and automation teams to deliver actionable insights.
- Leverage SQL, Excel, and BI platforms for analysis and reporting.
- Support data governance and best practices for long‑term data integrity.
Qualifications
- ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- ✅ Minimum of 2 years of data analysis experience.
- ✅ Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- ✅ Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- ✅ Basic understanding of AI or automation concepts is a plus.
- ✅ Strong analytical and communication skills.
