Job Overview We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an experienced product, planning, and design expert in the Life Insurance profession. In this role you will advise our clients on the best options. Our clients include RIAs, BD’s, P&C and Employee Benefit professionals, CPA and Law Firms, private equity firms, high and ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals, and corporations. You will design, implement, and analyze effective strategies that align with our clients’ goals. This position focuses on strategy and execution, including development, positioning, and creativity, and requires building awareness and communication plans.
Position Responsibilities
Support key external and internal clients.
Conduct client consultations to understand needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
Analyze various life insurance policies to determine the best fit for clients’ financial plans.
Provide tailored recommendations on life insurance policies that align with clients’ objectives.
Educate clients on the benefits and features of life insurance solutions.
Ensure all recommendations and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Work closely with advisors and other team members to integrate life insurance solutions into comprehensive financial plans.
Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes.
Prepare for client meetings, including paperwork and materials.
Proactively seek out new opportunities and work in all facets of the role.
Respond to clients professionally and proactively.
Desired Skills and Experience Requirements
Minimum 5+ years experience in insurance and financial services.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Highly analytical with strong problem‑solving skills.
Highly customer‑focused with a strategic mindset and strong leadership.
Adept at thriving in a fast‑paced environment with changing business priorities.
Comprehensive understanding of the life insurance industry and individual life products, including UL, IUL, VUL, Term, WL, and related illustration systems.
Knowledge of Life, Health, FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 (a plus or obtainable within 90 days).
Expertise with Winflex, Carrier Software, Ensight, or other relevant systems.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Enthusiastic and positive approach to problem‑solving and client service.
Proven track record with cross‑training, task‑sharing, and teamwork.
Innovative, proactive time management and follow‑through skills.
Proven experience in client support and relationship management within the financial services industry.
Advanced Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency.
Highly organized with project management skills; able to adapt to change.
Ability to prioritize workflow and deliverables based on advisor and client needs.
Strong communication skills over phone, virtual meetings, and in person.
Compensation National average salary for this role is $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 in base pay, exclusive of bonuses or benefits. Base pay will be determined based on experience, skills, training, certifications, and education, while considering internal equity and market data.
