What You’ll Do
Partner with agents and field representatives to develop customized life insurance and long-term care proposals that align with client objectives.
Create and analyze life insurance illustrations using carrier systems and multi-carrier platforms such as WinFlex and Ensight.
Support case design by running numbers, preparing supplemental Excel‑based analyses, and delivering detailed proposals and recommendations.
Communicate directly with agents and internal teams by phone and email to clarify design goals, recommend product options, and track case progress.
Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining strong organization, accuracy, and attention to deadlines.
Stay up to date on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends across all major product types.
Review in‑force policy information and annual statements to identify performance opportunities or restructuring options.
Contribute to team knowledge‑sharing and process improvements within the case design and internal sales functions.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience in life insurance case design, advanced sales support, or internal wholesaling.
Familiarity with BGA (Broker/General Agency) operations preferred.
In-depth knowledge of IUL, GUL, UL, VUL, Term Life, and Long‑Term Care products.
Proficiency with illustration tools (WinFlex, Ensight) and intermediate Excel skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills; strong phone presence.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a service‑first mindset.
