Location : San Antonio, TX
Position : Full-Time Optometrist

We are expanding our services and are excited to add an Optometrist to our multidisciplinary team. Our practice emphasizes innovation, teamwork, and an excellent patient experience.
Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Optometrist to provide comprehensive eye examinations, diagnose and manage ocular conditions, and support overall patient health through collaborative care. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, compassionate, and eager to work in a supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages
Diagnose and manage ocular diseases (e.g., glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration)
Prescribe corrective lenses and manage contact lens fittings
Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists within Hillside Medical Group
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Provide education and counseling on eye health and preventive care
Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
Active Texas Optometry License (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong clinical and communication skills
Commitment to high-quality patient care
New graduates and experienced providers welcome to apply
