VP Of Sales Insurance Technology | Remote (U.S.)

The VP Of Sales will lead business development across P&C insurers, MGAs, and agencies, driving new partnerships and expanding market presence. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with entrepreneurial energy who wants to shape strategy, own key relationships, and build within a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead U.S. sales strategy and execution
Build and manage executive-level relationships across insurance markets
Develop and close complex, six-figure partnerships
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine go-to-market efforts
Represent the company at key industry events
Ideal Background
8+ years of B2B sales experience, including 4+ selling into P&C insurance ecosystem (carriers, MGAs / MGUs, agencies)
Strong network and credibility within the insurance ecosystem
Proven success closing $100K+ enterprise deals
Comfortable selling SaaS or tech-enabled solutions
Self-directed, strategic, and collaborative
Compensation & Structure
Base salary : $175,000 $200,000
Commission : 10% of new sales (OTE ~$400K)
Equity participation and full benefits
Remote, U.S.-based (East Coast preferred)
