Regional Anesthesiologist Needed in Central California: Sign-On Bonus

Opportunity Kaweah Healths Department of Anesthesia seeks an exceptional Regional Pain Anesthesiologist to join our innovative care team, performing over 1,700 regional procedures annually. You will work with a collaborative group of 10+ Anesthesiologists, 30+ CRNAs, and our ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology Residency Program with over 16 residents.

Responsibilities

Lead and advance Regional Pain Anesthesia services

Supervise and mentor residents, ensuring a robust educational experience

Provide anesthesia coverage in:

General, Orthopedic, Vascular, Trauma, and other surgeries

Labor and Delivery

Work Schedule:

10-hour shifts on non-call days

One 24-hour call (out of house) per week with a post-call day off

Non-clinical days for core faculty responsibilities

Requirements

Board Certified/Eligible for Anesthesia

Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications

Active California medical license

Strong interest in teaching and residency education

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate

$280/hour

Up to $290/hour (weekend/holiday stipends)

Estimated Annual Compensation $690k (55 hours/Week, 6 weeks of vacation)
