Join a well-supported Neurosurgery service providing high-quality inpatient and outpatient care in a hospital-based setting (Level II Trauma) . This role offers 1 week per month of 24/7 call coverage , working alongside a collaborative clinical team and supporting a busy regional medical center.
Position Details️ Profession: Physician Neurosurgery
Setting: Hospital Inpatient & Outpatient Level II Trauma
Schedule: 24/7 coverage for 1 week per month (ongoing)
️ Call: Required during scheduled week
Team Support: Office Assistant + RN
EMR: Cerner
Daily Patient Volume:
Case Mix Includes (examples):
Compression fractures
Spinal infections
C-spine
Craniotomy for subdural hematoma
Additional cases discussed with Lead Neurosurgeon
Board Certified American Board of Neurological Surgery (ABNS)
Able to manage both cranial and spine cases (details discussed at interview)
