**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential hazards.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, observing for any unusual activity and reporting findings as required.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or contractors while on patrol.
  • Document incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
  • Support access control measures by verifying credentials and granting access as directed.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
