**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and supporting emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure atmosphere.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas within the manufacturing and industrial location to help control access and observe any unusual activity.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.
  • Collaborate with site staff and other Allied Universal personnel to address security-related concerns and provide a visible presence throughout the location.
  • Support adherence to site-specific procedures and participate in ongoing training related to security-related roles and responsibilities.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
