• Board Certified (No BE) open to IM/FM with 2+ years of recent EM experience - REQUIRED
• MI License - REQUIRED at time of clear, no exceptions - not accepting IMLC
• BLS - REQUIRED
• Provider must be local - REQUIRED , no exceptions

Must have clean background for quick credentialing - REQUIRED no exceptions
