PRN Pediatric Hospitalist – AdventHealth for Children, Orlando, Florida
AdventHealth for Children and AdventHealth Medical Group seek dynamic and energetic PRN pediatric hospitalists with a focus on inpatient pediatric care to join our team at the Walt Disney Pavilion in Orlando.
Key Responsibilities
Rotate with other pediatric hospitalists to provide in‑house coverage within medical/surgical pediatric units.
Perform pediatric admissions to dedicated Pediatric Units.
Provide emergency department pediatric consults as needed and participate in daily family‑centered rounding.
Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers on respective pediatric units.
Work with residents as part of the Pediatric Hospitalist Program partnered with Graduate Medical Education.
Cover all major surgical and medical sub‑specialties on site, including Liver & Kidney Transplant.
Assist a hospitalist team of over 30 physicians and APPs.
Work rotations of days, nights and weekends.
Use the EPIC EMR system for patient documentation.

Qualifications
Board certification or eligibility for the American Board of Pediatrics.
