• Annual ER Volume: 2
• EMR System: EPIC
• Patient Demographic: All ages
• Practice Breakdown: 10% trauma, hospital-based, clinic-based, surgical, and non-surgical

Procedural Requirements: Surgical Procedures:

• Thyroidectomy
• Extended Parotidectomy

General Surgical Otolaryngology:

• Tonsillectomy
• Adenoidectomy
• PE Tube Placement

General Non-Surgical Otolaryngology:

• Hearing Evaluations
• Evaluation & Management of Disorders of the Ear, Nose, Throat, and Facial Structures

Endoscopic Procedures:

• Septal Surgery
• Sinus Surgery
• Flexible Bronchoscopy
• Rigid Bronchoscopy
• Laryngoscopy

Facial Surgery Procedures:

• Rhinoplasty
• Facial Fractures
• Skin Grafts/Flaps

On-Call/Weekend Requirements:

• 24-hour call coverage

Compensation & Reimbursement:

• Flight, hotel, rental car, and mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate

Requirements:

• Board Certified Required
• Active Virginia License & DEA Required (No exceptions)
• ACLS/BLS Certified Required
• Fellowship Trained Highly Preferred
• Must be available for listed dates No exceptions
