Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Required Certifications:
- Board Certified (BC)
- DEA Certification
State Licensure:
- Candidates who are not licensed in the state but are willing to apply will be considered.
Previous Experience Desired:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an NP.
- Prefer experience in palliative/hospice care or certification in this field.
Additional Requirements for NRMs (Nurse Recruitment Managers):
- Must be willing to travel to patient homes or skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
- Personal vehicle and insurance are required.
Reason for Position Opening:
- Vacancy due to FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) increase.
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule & Weekly Hours:
- 4 days/week
- 10-hour shifts
- Off days will rotate each week (Tuesday to Thursday)
On-call/Callback: N/A
Hourly Rates:
- Discussed During our initial Call
- Based off Experience
Travel/Lodging:
- Mileage reimbursement: $0.44/mile (client covers other expenses)

- Hospice/Palliative Care
Patient Volume:
- plan for 7-10 patients per day (ppd)
