Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for July 24 and August 6, 7, 8, 11, 15, 19, & 20 at their Corporate Health center in Jacksonville, FL. Provider will see adults for Primary Care and acute episodic care. Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm on Monday & Wednesday, 10:00am-7:00pm on Tuesday & Thursday, and 8:00am-2:30pm on Friday, all with a 30-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified or Board Eligible and have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment.
