NP - Contract Internal Medicine Opportunity in Jacksonville, FL - September 2-Oc

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment starting September 2-October 14 at their Corporate Health center in Jacksonville, FL. Provider will see adults for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits. NP will also provide emergency response support with appropriate transfer to higher level of care as needed. NP will be independent in all aspects of physical assessment, point of care testing, and care of adults with associated documentation and coding of visits. Hours are Monday & Wednesday 8:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday & Thursday 10:00am-7:00pm, and Friday 8:00am-2:30pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break.
