Position Overview:
Location: Spokane, WA and surrounding communities
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Setting: Post-acute care facilities
Call: No night or weekend call
Key Responsibilities:
Perform cardiology consults for adult patients in post-acute care settings
Manage chronic cardiac conditions and coordinate care plans
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and supervising physicians
Educate patients and facility staff on cardiovascular health and preventive care
Maintain thorough documentation using EMR tools, with full training and tech support
What We re Looking For:
Nurse practitioner or physician assistant with an active Washington license
DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
Minimum of 2 years experience in cardiology or post-acute care preferred
Clinicians with a strong interest in cardiology encouraged to apply additional training will be provided
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and a patient-centered mindset
