Urology Physician

Coverage Needed:

• ASAP - ongoing
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p (Clinic or OR) + Night Call
• Estimated Shifts/Month: 15
• Minimum commitment of 1 week at a time
  • preference for longer-term availability (approximately 6 months or more)

Clinical Details:

• Support ambulatory clinic, perform OR procedures, and emergent needs
• EMR: EPIC
• Call: for ER and hospital; minimal volume (typically 1 call per night or less)
• Clinic: 18-22 patients per day
• Required Procedures: Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in OR. Adults only - no Peds.

Requirements:

• Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible
• DEA and CSR
• State Licensure: Illinois license required; will consider fully licensed or IMLC-in-hand candidates
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS
• Minimum Experience: 1 year
